NOTIFICATION OF ELECTION FOR THE YEAR 2018
Election of the following 2018 Camp Officers and 2018 Department Encampment Delegates will be held during the December 2nd Ruger Camp meeting.
⦁ Commander
⦁ Senior Vice Commander
⦁ Junior Vice Commander
⦁ Secretary/Treasurer
⦁ Members of Council (3 Seats)
⦁ Department Encampment Delegates (Currently 5). The actual number could change since it will be based upon the Camp Membership (excluding Junior Members) on
March 31, 2018.
If you are interested in nominating either a brother or yourself to any of the above positions you will need to contact Secretary/Treasurer France (jrf1938@embarqmail.com) to be added to the list. Nominations are open to any Camp Member or Associate willing to serve.
The nominating period by email begins October 1st and closes on November 1st. Following the closing you will be provided a list of nominees. Additional nominations from the floor will be accepted at the December 2nd meeting.
